West District

West District is Calgary’s last masterplanned community within Stoney Trail. We will be building on just under 90 Acres over the next 12-15 years. One of the features of our community is Central Park. Central Park is about 8 Acres of parkland in the heart of the community. The park plans feature a skating rink, orchard, marshlands, recreational facilities, an amphitheater and more.
We are looking to host Pop Ups. These will be collaboration type events, so the brand/model will have to sync in with ours. We are hoping to find some trendy, unique vendors with creative business models that will be a good fit for our Discovery center.
After researching events in the area, we’ve come to realize that there is not much available to the residents in the area. The closest markets are East of Crowchild, so we thought, why not get something up and running to excite the community until Central Park is complete.
Please note that this is outdoor space offered up for weekends and potentially weekdays throughotu the summer. We do not have a building to provide, but if you have a tent/tables/chairs, foodtruck, wagon, etc – you are the type of vendor we are looking for!
