Listing Description

The Brunswick Taproom is a unique event space available for private and public events all day, up to 2 a.m. Monday – Sunday. We welcome all types of events and customize our event offerings to meet your experience needs. We are fully licensed with an extensive bar selection, including 20 beers on tap, all made fresh on-premise at our brewery. We will customize your event quote based on a bar minimum spend that accommodates the size, duration and, nature of your event.
Our clients choose to work with a preferred caterer from our list, which will include rentals and staffing. You are welcome to bring in additional specialty furniture and decor items to further transform the event space. If you wish to use a supplier outside our preferred supplier list, there may be an additional charge to do so. All non-listed suppliers and logistical information must be approved by the Brunswick Events team in advance of your event.
Our Tap Room features an in-house audio system, projector and screen, and HD TVs for your use complimentary with your booking. Any event that requires a DJ, live music, and/or speeches is required to work through an approved Audio/Visual Partner from our list to ensure a premium experience.

OUR TAPROOM AND CELLAR TASTING ROOM
Brunswick Bierworks welcomes our guests to a friendly, accommodating atmosphere, showcasing a steady rotation of exceptional craft beers from all reaches of the globe, brewed fresh on site at our brewery. Our Tap Room aims to be an anchor of our community, where we provide dedicated, personalized service to all our patrons to celebrate and enjoy the finest beer.
Brunswick Brewery is a collection of brewery partners with a focus on collaboration and innovation with an obsession with quality and freshness. This is also reflected in the history of the building the brewery occupies, which was home to another prominent local business, Brunswick Fine Furniture, known for their quality, handcrafted premium office pieces.
The Tap Room is 3380 sq ft. of open-concept space, featuring exposed wood beams, large windows that allow your guests to view the brewery, and a large bar showcasing 20 beers on tap from our Beer Partners. This space offers an additional Cellar Tasting Room for private dining. A brewery tour can be included in the experience if requested in advance and are subject to availability based on the brewery operations schedule.

CATERING PARTNERS
Like our dedication to working with quality Beer Partners, we work with Preferred Catering Partners to ensure an authentic and exceptional event. Upon your initial event inquiry, we will make recommendations and provide you with catering partners to contact and choose to work with. All food, rentals and event staffing must be coordinated by the caterer and will be included in their quote to you. (See Supplier List)
THE BAR
Brunswick Bierworks is currently operating with Special Occasion Permits, which we will obtain on your behalf. We will provide the beverage alcohol and soft bar for all events. Our Taproom highlights a variety of styles from our partner brewers including flagship brands, seasonal and limited release collaboration brews. There is also a selection of fine wines and spirits available for your guests.
STAFFING, SECURITY AND INSURANCE
Brunswick will organize and provide all bar staff, security and insurance for your event to ensure an exceptional and safe experience. Bar staff are included in the cost of your bar minimum spend. All events require security personnel and insurance (Private Alcohol Liability with a value of $1 million dollars) for the safety of your guests and to ensure that liquor laws are abided. The cost of insurance and security required for your event will depend on the number of guests and the nature of the event and will be detailed on your customized quote.
YOUR EVENT QUOTE
At Brunswick, we believe in the importance of customization to ensure all our event clients get the most value from our space and their event experience. All our clients will receive a customized event quote when they inquire about booking an event. Each customized quote will include all estimated costs from Brunswick specific to your event, including, but not limited to the events bar minimum spend, bar staffing, security, and any in-house additions.

BOOKING YOUR EVENT
A deposit of 100% of your bar minimum spend is due upon signing your event contract to book your event at Brunswick. The remaining balance, based on your finalized event quote is due immediately after the event. Should you need to cancel your event, a refund of your deposit (excluding a 15% administrative fee applied) will be granted with a minimum of 60 days notice in advance of your booked event date, less than 60 days cancellation notice and the deposit will not be refunded.
