We are a multi-level, loft-like space on 10th Ave. between 32nd and 33rd streets.

Our rental rate for a Weekday (Sun-Fri) is $7,500/day. Our rental rate for a Saturday is $9,500/day. Rental includes 12 Hours of rental time for Load In/Set-Up, Event Time and Load Out.
404 offers the use of a 20ft x 8ft LED Video Wall!
Rental fee does include:
3 Custom Satellite Bars, 3 Lounge Sofas & 5 Highboys Breakout rooms Green Room/Bridal Room State of the art sound system, with 4 xlr plug-ins (that any D.J. may plug into) and an iPod dock Coat check areas + 800 hangers Adjustable/dimmable track lighting Heating / AC (very good/powerful ones) Bathroom amenities Clean up before and after your Event Wireless and more!
404 provides the following staffing for all events: Venue Operator, Bartenders, Bar Backs, Security Attendants, Coat Check Attendants, Porters and Bathroom Attendants. Staffing needs vary from event to event; these costs may be itemized for you in a specific venue proposal for your review.
We have preferred vendors for additional needs such as catering, A/V, etc.
We do exclusively operate any beverage/alcohol services in our space. We have several bar packages available to choose from.
